Well, I just bought a new laptop for myself so I could listen to
my soft sounds for my Tinnitus (50 years of this crap). I put on
ear phones and lie in bed while I listen to the recordings. So far
the hissing and ringing in my ears hasn't gone away but I will continue
to do this for a while. If anything, I found that when I listen to
these recordings in the dark - I found that this activity improved
my ability to fall asleep pretty quickly (one good benefit).
